Here are some of my  favourite digital paintings which I did while studying art last year.  I have also developed a business model in that each of my paintings can be reproduced through a canvas printing service. This would be a good idea to teach to the children and young people. If they made a digital painting then it could be made into a canvas, tote bag or postcard for someone special.
The good thing about digital painting is that it is easy to do and is very effective and can be done on most school computers. The cost of producing a canvas is very cheap and can be done online and will be delivered very quickly. Art really can bring together Enterprise, ICT skills, and  Health and well being - as a person's mood  and confidence are all boosted by doing some art.
