This week's blog shows my interest in poetry, colour and chocolate! But hey I have control over chocolate now right? This week's Friday treat was a posh chocolate bunny given to me by a friend who knew I had a difficult week. So Sam and I ate half of the Easter Bunny each and I admit it healed me! I also found two bars of chocolate in the house which I had put away and was not interested in eating all bars at once, or even one square. Feeling good is more important to me now instead of a quick fix! 

 I am aware of the damage certain addictions can have.I know that an alcoholic could not just take one drink and I do feel sorrow that an addiction can cause damage to their life and liver.

Instead I am addicted to painting in colour and writing poems and doing this blog for you Evans and my other friends and followers. Art has to express a feeling or communicate.

Thank you again for the technical help from my technical family of computer experts - Michael and Gordon. Without you guys this outpouring of expression would not be possible!
